The following pages will allow you to electronically submit an addendum checklist for the Web Accessibility Review Form (WARF). This option will allow the University Web Team track common accessibility areas and compliance trends within the MSU community.
You must still submit a paper-based version of the WARF. On it, please indicate that you have submitted your addendum checklist online.
